You buy a piece of jewelry or a watch to enjoy for years. That's why we believe it's important that you feel confident buying from De Siershop. Should something unexpectedly be wrong with your purchase, we're here to help. We carefully assess every warranty claim and always think in terms of solutions first. Our personal service doesn't stop once you leave the boutique or your order has been delivered.

How it works

Warranty on jewelry and watches

For jewelry, we offer a 6-month warranty on material and manufacturing defects under normal use. For watches, depending on the brand, a warranty period of 6 months to 2 years applies under normal use. The exact warranty period can be found on the included warranty certificate or warranty card of the respective brand. Warranty is only valid in combination with the original proof of purchase or warranty certificate. Therefore, please keep it safe.

What can you expect from us?

Is a problem covered by the warranty? Then, of course, we will provide a suitable solution. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that occur during normal use, such as:

  • A closure or component that does not function properly.
  • A manufacturing or material defect.
  • Components that fail without clear user damage.

No guarantee

When can we unfortunately not offer a warranty?

In some situations, there is no material or manufacturing defect. In that case, we unfortunately cannot offer a warranty. This applies to, among other things:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Scratches or signs of use.
  • Breakage or damage due to dropping, bumping, or pulling.
  • Damage due to improper use or negligence.
  • Discoloration due to perfume, water, chlorine, skincare, or cleaning products.
  • Loss of stones due to impact or damage.
  • Wear of metal platings.
  • Watch straps, watch glass, watch case, or crown.
  • Dead batteries, unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.
  • Discounted items.

Exchanges

Is your purchase not quite what you were looking for? You can exchange an item within 14 days, provided it is unworn and undamaged. Please keep the following in mind:

  • Always bring your proof of purchase or warranty.
  • Without proof of purchase, we cannot process an exchange or warranty claim.
  • The assessment of whether an item is unworn is made by De Siershop.
  • No refunds will be given for exchanges.

Repair or assessment

Is there something wrong with your piece of jewelry or watch? Feel free to visit one of our boutiques or contact us. If possible, always bring your proof of purchase or warranty certificate. For online contact, we would appreciate clear photos of the item. Our team will carefully assess your piece of jewelry or watch. If the problem is covered by the warranty, we will, of course, resolve it free of charge. If it is outside the warranty, we will always first discuss the options and provide you with a clear price estimate before carrying out any potential repairs.
