How much warranty do I get?
For jewelry, you receive a 6-month warranty on material and manufacturing defects under normal use.
For watches, depending on the brand, the warranty period ranges from 6 months to 2 years.

What is not covered by the warranty?
Our warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, user damage, impact damage, or damage due to misuse.

What materials are your jewelry made of?
At De Siershop, we work exclusively with carefully selected, high-quality materials.
Our collection includes 14-carat gold, 925 sterling silver, and high-quality plated jewelry. Each material is selected for its quality, appearance, and comfort, so you can enjoy your purchase for years to come.
Are your gold and silver jewelry hallmarked?
Yes. Gold and silver jewellery that is subject to hallmark requirements under Dutch law is provided with official Dutch hallmarks. This way, you can be sure that the precious metal has been independently checked for the correct fineness.

Do the jewels discolor?
That depends on the material.
14-carat gold retains its beautiful appearance. Sterling silver can lose some of its natural shine over time but is easy to refresh. Plated jewelry will remain beautiful for a long time with proper care.

Can I shower with my jewelry on?
That is possible in many cases, but to keep your jewelry looking its best for as long as possible, we advise you to take it off beforehand. This way, they will continue to shine longer, and you will enjoy them for years to come.
How do I care for my jewelry?
With proper care, jewellery will remain beautiful for years. We offer professional polishing cloths and maintenance products for gold and silver. In addition, we can professionally clean or polish many pieces of jewellery in our boutiques.

Yes, we can professionally clean and polish many types of jewelry in our boutiques. We also gladly advise you on the right maintenance products, so you can easily keep your jewelry beautiful at home.
Ring Sizes
How do I determine my ring size?
You can easily determine your ring size using our size guide. Many of our brands use millimeter sizes, such as 17.25 mm, while other brands use EU ring sizes, such as size 54.
Are you unsure? Feel free to visit one of our boutiques. We'll be happy to measure your ring size for you, free of charge.
Can a ring be made bigger or smaller?
For many rings, it is possible to adjust the size. This depends on the model and the material.

Can a watch strap be shortened?
Yes. We can resize the strap for many watches. Feel free to visit one of our boutiques, and we will ensure your watch fits perfectly.
Can my watch battery be replaced?
